Returns

TWELVE MONTH BOTTOM OF THE BOTTLE GUARANTEE!

If you love the product but get the wrong color, simply mail the product to the address below with a copy of your purchase receipt from Super Hero Lips. 

On the receipt, include - 

Your Name

The product name/color you would like to exchange for (must be an even exchange)

Your current shipping address

Your email address

Upon receipt of your package, we will email you notifying you of receipt and confirming your exchange.

 

For money back returns, simply mail the product to the address below with a copy of your purchase receipt from Super Hero Lips.

On the receipt, include - 

Your Name

Your email address

We recommend sending your return/exchange with a service that provides tracking information. We are not responsible for packages lost/stolen in transit on their way to us.

If in our sole discretion we feel that our generous return/exchange policy is being abused (more than 1 return/exchange per month or more than 3 in a 6 month period) you may be subject to a 10% restocking fee on future returns/exchanges. S&H fees are non-refundable and we do not cover return shipping.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
