Ok, so you want my five figure monthly paycheck (or more)? There are a few things that are absolutely imperative.
Work it like a hobby and it will pay like a hobby.

Work it like a business and it will pay like a business. But having a “real” business requires you to work your business consistently, invest/reinvest, have a plan, set measurable and realistic goals, and hold yourself accountable. No one is going to make you work on your business but you, and there is no such thing as paid time off until you build your residual income.

You have to keep your eyes forward.
Everyone’s starting point is different and comparing your progress to everyone else’s can be toxic.

You will want to quit. A lot. Don’t!
I need you to hear this… my life may be extraordinary but the only thing extraordinary about ME is that I didn’t quit and I was excited. And when I wasn’t excited, I faked being excited until I was again. That’s it! I simply didn’t give up and told everyone I knew about it.

"If looking at someone else’s success doesn’t inspire you and only makes you feel inadequate, it’s time to stop looking!

Remaining inside your comfort zone will lead to business stagnation.
Even if you’re amazingly outgoing, share it with everyone you know and see early success, at some point you’re going to hit a wall and have to try something new. For me, this is wowing with strangers and vendor events. I can work my personal network like nobody’s business but when it comes to getting outside, it’s hard for me. But it’s TOTALLY required for business sustainability, so this butter cup sucks it up and gets out there.

Start sponsoring from Day One.
The only thing you need to be ready is your Distributor ID number. Tell people why you signed up, give them your ID number and ask them when is a good time to do a party. I know that’s overly simplified but honestly, I was better able to sponsor in the beginning when I knew less than when I started to know more and vomited information all over people. Once they’ve signed up, add them to the Facebook groups, point them to back office and let them know about the wonderful world of YouTube. My job as a sponsor is to connect new girls to resources… not regurgitate them!

Be unique and create original content!
I’m not saying weird, I’m just saying if your main communication with your customers is stuff you’ve copied and pasted from other girls, you lose authenticity, credibility, and excitement. See something you like? Recreate it! Not as fancy as the original? No worries! Your customers don’t have anything to compare it to it. Showing your customers how dedicated you are goes WAY further than having something fancy they can tell you just lifted from someone else.

I could go on for DAYS about all my business musts but this is a great start! If you can really commit to these concepts early on in your business, you will find yourself walking across the stage getting your crown sooner than you think! And crowns are fun ❤👑
